I think that you will find that Lexicode is the type of company that you can learn from, grow from, and retire from if that's what you want to do! The benefits are wonderful. Flexible schedules are available if needed. The salaries are very nice as well. Let me say that the Leads and Managers that I have and throughout the company are amazing!

Cons

The only con is that you don't get to meet with your co-workers face to face everyday!
