Pros

Remote, provides computer equipment, some managers are good, decent insurance benefits, paid holidays. Nothing else to put here for a 20 word minimum.

Cons

No raises ever! Even after years of being with the company. No bump in PTO until 6 years of employment. No 401k match, old computer equipment. Will switch you from production/bonus to straight hourly.
