You’re Just a Number Of course, a large company is big. You knew that going in. But, what you may not have realized is that when you work for a large company, it can be hard to feel seen as a person. Or, hard to feel like you and your efforts make a difference at the company. When you’re one employee of hundreds or even thousands (or hundreds of thousands), you may feel like a cog in a meaningless wheel.

The promised 2 full weeks of training didn't even come close to happening...then found out you were expected to keep up on the training on your own time, not paid.. From my first day, working here was chaotic and stressful!!! Communication was only when something went wrong. I learned that the "word" of your manager and HR rep means nothing. Make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing before you agree to nd/or sign anything....I signed out of pure pressure and my managers word and well it all backfired in my face, lesson learned.
