      Pros

      Work from home, lots of room to grow, free CEUS, great educational opportunities, including the inpatient CDP program. This program is wonderful for preparing you to be an inpatient coder. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and truly enjoy what they do. It's paid training and has client placement afterwards. Everyone in the company is very friendly and are willing to help you with anything you need. Its a great company to work for!

      Productivity machine

      Pros

      Good educational resources, not too terrible health insurance, one nice acct mgr (man--out of several total)

      Cons

      They only care about productivity, even when there wasn't enough work (because offshore workers stole a bunch of mine consistently). Had to deal with several bad/petty acct mgrs, various threats then they seemed shocked when I left. Very disorganized the entire time (several years) I worked there. Overall terrible experience, hated it.

      Very nice account managers Free CEU's - Good amount of education Flexible Schedule as needed Good amount of PTO

      Cons

      No 401k match No raises A lot of insurance options to choose from but none of them are good Lack of room to grow, move up with the company
