Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. There is an SME that can help employees with any client, coding, or employment question you have! Please ask your manager for assistance contacting the right SME for your needs.

Pros

First, be advised they over-hire, even when they don't have the clients. Meanwhile, you get paid to review dated education videos (all about the books) and might get assigned to the client associated with UHC, with its unrealistic demands, and may easily get benched during the long, 4 week QA review process. Oh no wait - they lost that client!

Cons

Micromanagement : you get a manager, a company employed client manager, (may or may not be a coding manager) and guess what--a client manager! You'll get last minute demands for calls using Google Meet (horrible meeting app) with people whom you don't know. They are well-known for a very long and dated Quality Review process where auditors complete charts before you respond, and until recently, you may be Unpaid for the time you spend on those reviews. In several months, I have actually coded for about 2 weeks. Both assignments, they lost the client, but blame the coder. This is not the place to work for an experienced coder with strong technology skills.
