      Good salary, provide CEU's and work computers, I liked the managers

      Cons

      Needs better communication. Work volume fluctuation, from too much work to not enough. No match on 401K

      Pros

      Friendly management, good pay, flexible schedules, benefits package, they provide you with computer and books, and you work from home !

      Cons

      I can't really blame them on this stuff, this is the work nature, but there is a frequent change in job assignments, sometimes you have a heavy work load, sometimes there is nothing to do. 401k lacks company contribution.
