They do not give raises. Don't even think of asking to use your PTO because they won't allow it unless you are an account manager, auditor or some other position that is higher up than a coder. Some of the contracts that they have are very demanding. They do not give training at all. Will fire you, rather than helping you in the QA process. Production expectations are ridiculous and the highest out of any company I have ever worked for.

Management was flakey. Most of the coders didn't seem to like the nurses who were hired on to to coding review. When work was audited, you didn't get much chance to defend yourself. Very clicky. Then they cut everyone at once. You sat unassured by your job. They almost made you feel like you didn't know what you were doing, despite having many many years of clinical background.
