Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I am glad that you find Reed Tech to have a positive culture, and I must say, am curious about the “no jerk policy” you mention :). We do though like friendly and nice people and at Reed tech we have them everywhere.
When it comes to work environment we feel there is value having people working collaboratively together in an office. That said, there is some flexibility to work from home in given circumstances and positions. I would encourage you talk to your manager.
I am sure our management would be curious to know more about Business departments not always working in harmony- hopefully, you are comfortable enough to speak with your manager, and if not, your Human Resources Business Partner.
