Pros

The company provides you with really great benefits like 401k matching, PTO that continuously rolls over, and a free gym membership. Management I've worked with has allowed me to maintain a great work/life balance. The organization also strives to promote from within as much as possible, and I've never felt bad about putting my name in for a new role.

Cons

None that stick out at this time.

Overall great company. Happy environment. Paid time off. Flexible schedule. Lost of rewards. Bonuses. Yearly raises. Team environment. Just don’t eat too many snacks at the parties. Lol

Cons

Not many challenges. If you can come to work on time w great quality, you can literally work there forever.

Pros

Flexible working hours, opportunities to make up time, benefits, 401k match, PTO starts at 18 days and you can roll over your time and accrue at a higher rate the more time you are with the company, 10 paid holidays per year, employee focused events (great giveaways - computers, iPads, Surfaces etc.), hard work is rewarded (eligible for quarterly bonuses, promotions, opportunities to cross train in different departments, opportunities to transition to a part-time worker from home), on-site cafeteria, clean building.. Overall, the best place I've ever worked.

Cons

No major cons. You receive a pay increase annually, it would be great if the increases were larger, but who doesn't think that about their company?
