      Good pay (with overtime), 401k, IRA, Employee stock purchase.

      Cons

      Management has gotten really bad over the past couple of years, anybody can become a department manager anymore even with zero experience of knowledge.

      The People, the company fosters a family type enviorment. It comes from the Top (Sam) and has a Trickle down effect to the production employees.

      Cons

      Very little chance to move up in the Sateelite Office in DC

      The company values its employees and offers a flexible work schedule. Homeworking opportunities are available. Good home and work life balance.

      Not a lot of room for advancement. I feel like the company doesn't use me to the best of my abilities.
