Steady work, many opportunities to grow and move upwards, decent benefits, plenty of overtime

Cons

Very inflexible work schedule, hard to get any time off, constant stress to hit production numbers and accuracy

Pros

Majority of staff are good, friendly people. Nice family atmosphere. Benefits are competitive though they recently abandoned pension plans and focused on 401k plans. Hardworking, focused staff and management willing to work with you to improve skill set and willing to listen to creative solutions. Very knowledgeable in their specialties with deep and wide domain expertise. Strong corporate ownership.

Cons

Pay could be better but they work at it. Percentage of "professionals" at mid- to upper-levels is a bit low but that appears to be changing. Sometimes slow to innovate and adopt new technologies and approaches.
