      Pros

      Nice facility, good co-workers, employee events like tickets giveaways and occasionally free lunches. Pretty decent pay for a data entry job that is very low stress.

      Cons

      It is a very boring job due to its repetitive nature, lots of office politics make it difficult to get promoted, but the managers and supervisors are overall nice and do the best they can most of the time.

      Pros

      All remote work which was nice.

      Cons

      Was laid off within 9 months, after the fact found out they do this often. They expected really high numbers and turn out with very little time to execute it. Pay was really low.

      You can accumulate a decent amount of time off.

      Extremely micromanaged with very obscure and unnecessary rules. Very few opportunities for career growth.

      Pros

      There are many good people at Reed Tech and the atmosphere is nice, the company is growing and there are opportunities for advancement. On-site cafe is a plus and a free membership to the Horsham Athletic club is also a good perk.

      Cons

      The health insurance benefits are not great if you actually have health problems or have the misfortune of being in an accident. Vacation and sick time are also combined into PTO. Combined PTO isn't really sufficient enough to have a vacation and take time off if you are unlucky enough to fall ill. Production employees also have fairly strict schedules which may be difficult for some to juggle work/life balance.

      Thank you for taking the time to write a review- I agree there are many great people at Reed Tech. The health insurance landscape is in a constant state of change and costs increases passed on to employer are out of control. RELX, our parent company, like many other companies, spends considerable time trying to dial into the right balance; plans that offer great benefits and plans that help to manage costs. It’s a difficult task but RELX makes a significant effort annually to assure their plans are highly competitive to the market. The feedback on the combined PTO is mixed- Employees who rarely call out, are happy to have what they feel are additional PTO days, to use as they wish vs the split of let’s say 10 days of PTO and 8 days of sick time. In addition at Reed Tech, employees can carry PTO over at the end of the year, so it isn’t a use it or lose it situation. We recognize no plan is perfect for everyone but the general feedback on PTO has been positive. Thanks again for the feedback.

      Stable, day time work, holidays and weekends off, and tuition reimbursement.

      Cons

      No room for advancement even if you are qualified. The work was boring. The organization expects you to never get sick or have an emergency. The pay was not as good as the competing companies in the area.

      Overall great company. Happy environment. Paid time off. Flexible schedule. Lost of rewards. Bonuses. Yearly raises. Team environment. Just don’t eat too many snacks at the parties. Lol

      Cons

      Not many challenges. If you can come to work on time w great quality, you can literally work there forever.
