      Pros

      Technology team has many brilliant people who go the distance to achieve company goals and keeping clients happy. The business stakeholders are great to work with and great clients (well known brands).

      Cons

      Lot of turnover during the years I was there after the acquisition of ChoicePoint. Most of them were well communicated and expected as part of synergy from acquisition. However, it made the environment difficult to bare with constant layoffs.

      Pros

      Pre 2013 RISK Solutions (RIAG) was a formidable competitor with a keen understanding of how to win. Employees were recognized by Sr Leadership as one of the 3 pillars for success since 2004 and the rest is history; double digit growth, high morale, high investments, accountability and open communications.

      Cons

      New Sr Ops Leadership blundered into their positions. Recent actions and communications substantiate this observation. Employee morale is low and focus is on keeping jobs versus keeping the business strong through ROI.
