      Pros

      Employees vwery friendly and great to work with.

      Cons

      Not knowing what direct they are going in. To many changes and not fixing the software problems they have, just keep updating and causing more issue Lossing all the expirance people who help make the company grow.

      Pros

      It might not be much, but at least its a salary. Company is stable (for now and the next few years), but will have major issues as the insurance industry consolidates over the next 10-15 years.

      Cons

      If you asked me a year ago, I would have filled pages of cons. Now, I just don't care anymore. This is a bad place to work, end of story. The worst type of people thrive here- vampires. Only take a job here if you absolutely have to, and shame on you for not trying to better for yourself.
