You get a lot of american holidays off! Customers are good people and 1 hour lunch helps cleanse your soul of this company

Cons

Claim to promote within. Yet, everybody at the top is white! You bust your butt day in and day out for a petty bonus. Area managers are goofy. If you even think about complaining about harassment in the work , these greedy mongrels will dig deep to find a reason to put the at will law into effect! This company sucks. Don't believe the positive reviews, they begged us at a company meeting to please go on glass door and write some good things too offset the bad reviews! 😡

Cons

Area manager degrading, unsupportive, changes rules to fit her needs. Doesn't care about employees. Employees are either fired when complain about Area Managers or end up quitting.

Worst Career Move Ever!!!

Pros

Only pros that come to mind is the free coffee, wifi, and a hour lunch to clear your mind by getting away from that place.

Cons

Store manager is just a title, you have absolutely power or authority, you have to ask for your district manager or lead managers to fix problems that should be able to handled at the store level. Furthermore after asking for assistance you have to play the waiting game and you better be prepared to be reprimanded like a child. There is no growth with the company and the the overall work experience is one of the worst.
