Good co-workers, participates in loan forgiveness programs for healthcare providers, good PTO to allow people to recharge and to serve. Opportunities for those who have overcome addiction and may struggle obtaining a job.

Cons

Management issues and passive aggressive communication, difficulty with keeping employees due to low pay and internal communication issues.

In addition to encouraging a collaborative and supportive workplace, we have worked on having many benefits for growth such as tuition and credentialing reimbursement, paid training hours, and even an annual merit increase program!
