Entry level job with no training and way too many responsibilities

Was an easy job to get right out of college with very limited experience.

Cons

Had the job title of case manager but was given the responsibilities of running a program and helping other programs without the option to decline the additional responsibilities. Paid less than working retail with less work like balance.
