Great boss!! Easy to work with!

Hours are horrible, since lifepoint took over we have been stretched so thin and required to do more with so much less help.

dedicated, experienced, hardworking support staff

Cons

terrible upper administration - takes advantage of middle management, employee moral at all time low in my 21+y at this hospital, staff poorly compensated, benefits reduced. No apparent sense of responsibility to local community - seems too concerned with sucking out as much money as possible to send back to corporate.

Good exposure to healthcare industry in general. Gained an understanding of hospital acquisition and integration. Worked side by side with experienced personnel with impressive backgrounds.

Cons

Manager was often out of office to visit different sites in the midst of acquisition.
