Pros

PTO and small town work environment.

Cons

Horrible management, no one does their job or even knows what their job description is. Numerous employees left, including myself, because working for them was so awful and an embarrassment to my resume.

Pros

The PTO is good. There seems to be very little chance of getting fired since they have hospitals where there is not a high pool of qualified applicants to pick from.

Cons

I've been there 5 years and have been through 4 directors. I think upper management expects too much of everyone. I think there is not enough staff and high expectations. They are too focused on profit and growing and not focused enough on working on the companies they already have. Annual reviews and competency, which raises are based on, management are not allowed ever to give 5 (5 is the highest) and are required to give a low point somewhere in the review.
