Pros

Insurance medical and dental are good and some of the people her okay

Cons

Long hours minimal pay and not much advancement for such a small town with one hospital and the people are not happy with it at all

Cons

The most experienced nurses have been there for nine months, tops. Leadership is made up of inexperienced nurses with no more than an associate degree who landed the jobs by way of the "good ole boy" system. High turnover rate means no one knows what they're doing, especially in HR. Managent won't listen to new ideas of nurse managers, thus leading to extreme frustration and eventually quitting. There have been 3 nurse managers in 10 months.
