As a fast-growing company, periods of organized chaos may feel like dysfunction but they are necessary as we get clear and aligned to prepare for tremendous growth. We recognize that’s not for everyone. Our leaders, many who have 20+ years’ experience, strive to be transparent and communicate clear expectations. Confused, Contradictory Company

Pros

Good boots-on-the-ground co-workers who really want to help.

Cons

Most of the data engineering team quit primarily due to poor management. They don't let you onboard, and God help you if you actually want to share your real opinions of how they're running this place. Glad to be gone. If you're a woman or PoC, RUN!

Inept management. They treat everyone like a nurse on a hospital shift, without listening to how a position is usually handled.
