Pros

Learned some basic technical skills about lighting. Provided the opportunity to practice taking portraits and engaging with students to maintain communication skills.

Cons

Low pay. No benefits. Outdated computer systems often made the job extremely frustrating and stressful. Many co-workers were lazy, unprofessional, and took advantage of their roles.

Very low pay, cares more about very fast paced than quality. Laid off multiple times a year seasonally.
