Pros

Good team environment and management

Cons

Stressful, overwhelming amount of work with no good incentives and no overtime allowed. They will give you most basic training and dump a ton of schools on you and then wonder why you are falling behind on daily minimums, such as calls.

Pros

The managers might be nice.

Cons

Lifetouch as a company does not value their photographer staff. You have to wake up incredibly early to drive to the far corners of wherever you work. Just so you can be ready to take school photos by 8 am. Usually the sales personnel allows the school to schedule too many kids, and the photographer has to stand there for 3 hours straight or more taking photos. The equipment, depending on how old it is, malfunctions a lot. And the setup only looks good when kids sit or stand in very specific poses - which depending on the age of the kid is next to impossible.
