Pros

Great coworkers, if they last longer than a month at the company due to the extremely high turnover rate.

Cons

Extremely low wages with no opportunity for growth, (I worked at the company for 5 years and got a $.50 raise the entirety of my employment) the illusion of sales commissions (the company pays you $1 per $250 package sold), unrealistic sales expectations, and extremely frustrated customers that the company could care less about pleasing along with the empowerment of the company's employees.
