Pros

It's fun to take pictures and make people smile

Cons

The pay isn't great, and unless it's the holiday, you're not garunteed hours. Throughout the summer I was always on call and sometimes didn't work for weeks. All they care about pushing people to buy more even if they don't want to. And anyone can do it. You dont need the skill. Even if you go to school for it

Pros

The product they produce is memories for parents.

Cons

They act like a family organization, but they are not. They are corporate America. Cutting employees wherever they see they can save money. I gave my life to serving Lifetouch for 10 years, and I ended up with them not giving back to me.

Pros

Employee owned means everyone cares. A very different culture than other companies. ESOP can perform well for those who qualify.

Cons

Very busy seasonally. ESOP has been good but no guarantee of that in the future.
