Pros
This company owns and operates 3 of the largest websites in the United States and recently launched a new sports website. Great for experienced and new-comers to the work force. Very laid back atmosphere yet with goal and purpose-intended work ethic. Quarterly team builders and events, paid volunteer time off, great benefits package. Now offers 401k with matching. Brand new building coming June 2017 with thought out design and layout for maximum efficiency and collaboration. Snacks, coffee, game room, gym (in new building), employee lounge. Lots to be excited for the future for this company. Servant-leadership in the trenches with the team.
Cons
Explosive growth has placed multiple people in small offices - this will be taken care of when the company moves to their new building. Sometimes there isn't a clear-cut chain of command. Needs of the business do change like any other business so if you aren't able to reasonably adapt to change this business may be hard for you as you may be required to learn new skills (this is also a Pro too).
