This is a company that values taking full ownership of your role and encourages creativity and autonomy. Leadership stays visible with a legit "open door" policy and doesn't have the typical elitist mentality that a lot of executives have. My favorite thing about this company is that it stays true to its values and cares very deeply about the development of employees. The executive team is a great model of biblical servant leadership.
Cons
Typical startup challenges Nothing concerning I don't really have a lot for cons. This is a pretty typical fast growing startup atmosphere where we are running out of space and constantly making changes. It's a type of environment I personally thrive in but is not for everyone. I would really love to see more professional development and training within my own role (tech-driven).
