Pros

-really great training program -I personally had amazing coworkers and amazing learners -pay is really great compared to other centers in the area, lots of room for growth

Cons

-management makes crazy decisions regarding the RBTs, but doesn’t care how that actually affects RBT’s -if you’re wanting to become a BCBA, it’s a pretty big contract you have to sign -employees constantly quitting, so there’s always new people and all of the turnaround gets really tiring -overall management is not helpful and doesn’t really care about their RBT’s

Pros

They pay well, PTO potential is better than other companies and overall benefits are good compared to other companies. They also offer pay increases within a year, which is also better than other companies.

Cons

High turnover after company made many changes which lowered the amount of support. This lowers the integrity of services provided, in my opinion. They do a lot of remote supervision, which is challenging to navigate when working through intense behaviors.
