Pros

A lot of talk about commitment to community and involvement in charitable events. Leadership development for staff.

Cons

Superficial c-suite executives. Board has either been duped by new CEO or really just greedy and finally showing true colors. Stress levels on staff have increased as people let go and “friends” brought in. Overall deterioration of morale and work environment. New products turning place into a ‘paycheck loan’ low quality organization. Eliminating middle aged women at all levels. Frequent payroll screwups erode confidence and morale. Not a good place to work.

Pros

Coworkers are dedicated, and supportive of one another Salary is good

Cons

Benefits are just ok Constant change is frustrating Senior management does not seem to be able to get out of its own way and has resorted to hiring so many people from an outside consulting firm they recently used that it is obvious there is no firm vision nor is there any confidence in the exisiting team. A credit union is "owned" by the Members but executives seem to be more interested in their own wealth than in creating value for the Members

Pros

Co Workers are good, down to earth people.

Cons

Very insincere executive management. They are heavily focused on outward appearances and will gladly sacrifice employees to achieve their goals. Pay is not great yet their messaging is all about helping the community. Their employees are the community, but many are barely getting by.
