Pros

Limbach is an excellent company with solid leadership. I appreciate the company's commitment to creating a more diverse and inclusive environment and creating more employee opportunities (excellent career pathing, leadership training, etc).

Cons

Lots of change and company growth - I find this exciting but it can be hard for long-term employees (especially in this industry)!

- Is always trying to make a better and more welcoming environment for their employees - Pushes employees to be innovative in order to improve processes - Stands behind their finished product and takes pride in their accomplishments - Company likes to provide opportunity for advancement internally before reaching out externally. - If you don't know it, Limbach will put measures in place to help train you to learn it. - Adapts to the post Covid, "flex time" mentality. Offers a variety of WFH style work environments depending on your position. - Micromanagement is at a minimum. - Corporate tries to be as transparent as possible with Company performance and "Vision".

Cons

- Work-life balance comes in waves. This is more a result of the industry but some days you don't have time to breath, other days you get to enjoy your morning coffee. - A lot of expectations come with certain job titles. - Corporate and/or Holiday focused employee appreciation events aren't consistent. - Company vision is ever shifting to align with market needs and to position themselves against competition. - With any large company, comes a lot of processes and red-tape. Be prepared to learn to play the "game".
