The only good thing about this company is that they allow dogs in the office.

Cons

Bad culture and management don’t care about their employees. You get to do what they want and not what you want. They give promises with no action. Their HR only listens to management and won’t help the employees

Pros

Health insurance and pay are very good.

Cons

They Do not promote from within or take care of their people. Being good at your job does not equate to promotions or raises, only opportunities to be taken advantage of. The same small group of upper management continues to promote themselves, while a high turnover rate for all other employees exists.

We have taken a hard look at our employees and how we can promote growth within. We have developed a number of leadership training programs as well as created a career site. This career site shows what all positions can develop into within the company.
