Pros

Fast-growing startup with the opportunity to hit over 100% of the number Great culture with a management team that is in the weeds with you and cares about you (and your performance) The space is definitely at it's infancy and is poised for some serious growth

Cons

The usual start-up hiccups which require folks to be able to be self starters where there is not too much structure yet.

Pros

Market demand for the product is amazing, organizations don't typically have a tool like this but interest is very high when they see it. Lots of trust an autonomy across teams. Compassionate founders who listen to others throughout the business and explain why decisions are made and the importance.

Cons

Truly a challenge to say there are cons. Just like any fast-growing startup, there are times when its extremely busy but that is also what makes it so exciting to be part of this company.

Pros

LinearB has assembled a really top-notch team. Everyone contributes at such a high level and is really fun to work with. Our product is very powerful and only getting better as time goes on. It feels good to be making such a positive impact on how other software engineering teams work. It also doesn't hurt that we're well funded and growing fast. Not all startups make it off the ground, but LinearB is clearly on a path for success.

Cons

I love my global team, but a wide variety of time zones and a largely remote workforce can make it difficult to stay fully connected.
