An incredibly diverse group of people, spanning time zones and countries, every day is an adventure, and we definitely bring a lot of different points of view to the table. The leadership is tenured and all have both startup and large enterprise experience, I don't get the feeling they're making rookie mistakes. No beer bongs or gongs, but we're open to expanding into ping-pong.

The management team truly cares about their employees - rarely have I seen a Series A startup offer 8 weeks of parental leave or as regularly and meaningfully demonstrate their commitment to avoiding burnout by checking in with employees and encouraging time off.
