We understand this role can be difficult and may cause compassion fatigue. All employees are allowed access to EAP resources for support, and our company medical plan includes mental health coverage. If you need additional support, please reach out to the HR Team.

We acknowledge that a role in Donor Services can be challenging, but we aim to create an inclusive and motivating environment. Our benefit offerings were aligned to be fiscally responsible as a non-profit, while still keeping employees’ needs in mind. The plans rank at the 85th percentile in the country. We heard the consistent feedback regarding compensation, and we conducted a detailed compensation analysis within our industry to implement within our organization. Please do reach out to HR to further discuss your areas of concern and how we can support you.

Change is inevitable from any merger, but leadership has the best intentions in mind. Leadership is unifying our departments to establish clarity and efficiency for all. Please don’t hesitate to speak with the HR Team about your concerns and how we can make any improvements.
