      Terrible management, terrible HR, low pay, terrible hours, recently gutted benefits for half the company, corporate gaslighting

      We acknowledge that a role in Donor Services can be challenging, but we aim to create an inclusive and motivating environment. Our benefit offerings were aligned to be fiscally responsible as a non-profit, while still keeping employees’ needs in mind. The plans rank at the 85th percentile in the country. We heard the consistent feedback regarding compensation, and we conducted a detailed compensation analysis within our industry to implement within our organization.
