The director is getting rid of incentive which is how many of us made money to pay our bills here, cutting some people’s pay by 20K/year. Furthermore, the director has been reading all of the employees personal messages and HR has been going back on medically excused call-outs and saying that they’re no longer excused (even if you have a doctors note and even if you have a medico condition). There is no benefit to staying long term.

The company revised pay programs to ensure equity to all employees and fiscal responsibility to honor our mission and stakeholders. We were able to conduct a compensation analysis within our industry and ensure all are receiving competitive pay.
HR is highly cognizant of medical needs and here to support you. Please reach out if you have any concerns.
