Pros

Pay is fair and competitive. Healthcare is fully funded. Lots of opportunities to deliver results and make change. People are friendly and collaborative. Leadership takes feedback seriously.

Cons

The business lacks the infrastructure and resources needed to run a company this size. Work can be demanding. Work life balance is a struggle for many, despite being a wellness company. Not many resources to develop professionally.

Pros

-Mission- driven company that actually lives by its mission. Inspiring -Fast-paced entrepreneurial environment -Access to leadership

Cons

-Unfortunately every team is micro-managed by leadership. Almost no autonomy or decision-making sits with teams. Almost everything, even fairly small decisions, must be aligned upon with LT -Lack of processes and best practices, which is common for a start-up. While everyone knows this is an outtage, no resources get put toward fixing. Surprisingly given this is a division of Unilever -Favoritism is common. Coupled with a lack of empowerment, turn over rate is very high. On top of high workloads, expect to regularly train new people -High level of rework and changes in direction from LT. can be a pretty frustrating environment to work in, where it can feel like you can’t make a difference
