There are some very good people that work here - some of the most empathetic, honest and motivated people you will find. Furthering your experience on the salesforce platform and setting yourself up for future opportunities is a big plus, many employees have spent time at Litify and were able to find leadership and management opportunities elsewhere. Management is supportive of growth and provides opportunities to move up. Many employees were right sized (comp) this year without asking to make sure comp is allligned with industry standards. Cons
Dont work here if you are looking for a big company feel and structure. Things move quickly, things get broken and people try and fix them. People can be very direct - and you will need thick skin to make it, you will also need to deliver results, its very difficult to hide poor performance. No 401k match
