Great group of young SaaS professionals. Everyone under management is willing and eager to help.

Cons

Where to start. Zero leadership or middle management. 100% top down. The leadership team is very young and have no idea what they are doing. Many were just thrown into leadership roles with zero experience growing and leading teams, and hardly any experience scaling technology.

Lots of great energy, all expense paid trips and charity + team outings. Good people with lots of great knowledge.

Cons

If you have no Salesforce experience, Apex and lighting which are like Salesforce versions of Java and React might not be the direction you want to take your career, but then again many love them.
