Pros

Great company, really enjoyed my time working at Litify. It was really empowering.

Cons

there's a lot of things to improve with a startup, just keep your head leveled, think of ways to improve, because they do listen.

Pros

Litify is a fast-paced company in growth mode, actively changing the legal landscape with cutting edge technology. - Tremendous room for learning and growth as the company develops and explores other markets, initiatives, processes etc. - Strong culture of positivity, diversity, and social responsibility (example: Quarterly give-back/volunteer days, license donations for non-profits). - Although the company continues to grow (70+ employees at time of review), it takes care to feel like a small, intimate 'Litifyfam'. Every birthday and work anniversary is announced and shared. - Strong remote culture and appreciation of distributed employees (less than 50% of the company works out of HQ). - Prefers to promote from within - Strong benefits, including unlimited PTO/Sick days, health insurance plans, and compensated cell-phone plans.

Cons

Litify is young, and growing rapidly, and there is a lot of room for each employee to contribute and help shape the company. A few things to be aware of: - It will be an incredible opportunity for growth if you are willing to roll up your sleeves and help forge the best path forward, perhaps less so for those who are hoping for established protocol and rigidity. - You may be asked to shift roles based on the company's focus and changing business priorities - You may be asked to assist with initiatives other than your immediate role responsibilities
