Pros

Litify is a great company with a great culture. They invest in their people tremendously. The company is growing very rapidly and that presents tremendous opportunity for growth for all employees. The culture is diverse, fast paced, and exciting.

Cons

Not everyone is cut out for the pace!

Pros

Utilizing the Salesforce platform at its maximum potential. Product/Engineering team and Sales team have the hardest/knowledgeable/experienced workers, you'll learn a lot.

Cons

One of the most stressful work environments you'll ever experience. The CEO and some of the original members of the management team are inexperienced and honestly should never hold managing roles as any interaction that goes against the grain ultimately results in being combative/passive aggressive. - Poor training structure - Little room for career development - Huge pay disparity - Lacking in real diversity - Disrespectful to women - No culture to be found - Interoffice politics
