-Best engineering team I've ever worked with -Leading the charge in Salesforce Lightning development -Great work-life balance -Amazing culture. No personal drama, no jerks, and no stepping on eachother's shoes. Achievements are loudly celebrated. -Remote work

Smart, energetic group hell bent on bringing better technology to law firms. Fast growing, interesting, built on superior technology (Salesforce, Google), never a dull moment.

Cons

The challenges of any startup and selling into a vertical (Legal) that has not traditionally embraced technology well. However the time is now for change - and they know it.

young culture, you can be complacent

Cons

Work environment is highly politicized in projects, promotions, and basically anything you do - Not everyone is pulling their own weight - Very little accountability in the organization. The company did away with formal performance reviews a few years ago. There is a culture of praise here, so constructive feedback is rarely given
