They have good insurance… they have a keurig at Pratt St (never ever cleaned btw)

Racism HR doesn’t listen to employees Loyalty is rewarded over hard workers Marketing Managers are overworked in each field

Cons

Corporate management is a complete joke. There favorite motto is enduring pain creates excellence. NO. Enduring pain creates burn out and resentment. You are nothing but a number on a spreadsheet to them. You are not a person to this company. The CFO once wanted to fire a guy for going to his grandmas funeral…. They preach about culture in the interview process but they don’t practice what they preach. This is the most toxic company I have ever worked for. What’s a bonus?
