Overstaffing or understaffing there was never a happy medium. They have managers but they don’t have leaders. Managers are often drunk and impossible to find when needed. They do the bare minimum are never around to reprimand the employees that are exhibiting poor workplace behavior. It’s a very toxic work environment and they poorly manage their staffs money and lie about it. Don’t work for this company unless you want to be treated less than and only make money 8 months out of the year.

No training Constant policy changes that go against each other. Run more by marketing than restaurant professionals.
