Pros

Coworkers are great High volume venues Not a whole lot

Cons

A lot of chiefs but understaffed everywhere else Bosses don’t care unless you’re part of the club My way or the highway mentality Culture is surface level, doesn’t actually exist Toxic Owner is unstable freaks out on calls

Still thinking....there is so little

Cons

This company has probably one of the worst cultures I have ever worked under in the last 20 years. They have tight HR and a lawyer to cover everything and make it disappear but it will eventually catch up. They have the worst chain of command and at the top they enable misogynist and narcissist. There are 100 other amazing management companies out there so run. On top of it all, they are HUGE zionist and work with lobbyist for donations and to fund Israel.

You meet a lot of good connections that could be useful later in life.

Cons

Quality of life is tough. This career choice isn’t great for family aspect, as it’s long and very late hours.
