Pros

LiveRamp is a high growth company that provides employees opportunities to wear many different hats, tackle interesting projects, work across multiple departments. We still maintain a very high caliber for talent which leads to us hiring more slowly than we would like but overall strong contributors and teams. Flexible working hours, unlimited PTO, remote work options and good medical benefits. Salaries are strong but LiveRamp seems slow to move in keeping employees market competitive on compensation front.

Cons

LiveRamp (and Acxiom) are both very male management focused companies. While this is slowly changing, there still seems to be a bias for promoting and hiring men for management positions. Would be great to see benefits around gym memberships, child care subsidies.

Thank you so much for submitting this candid feedback! It's incredibly important to me that LiveRamp is an inclusive environment that promotes people based on merit and potential . I'd love to chat with you about your concerns and figure out what we can be doing better to ensure that we get better female representation in management positions at LiveRamp!

Growth from within!

Pros

LiveRamp provides an environment that fosters creativity, innovation and a mentality that anyone can make the company great. They promote from within, provide great compensation, meals, unlimited PTO, awesome team building events - all while continuing to build momentum for a pretty cool product!

Cons

There's a bias for men and anyone that attended an Ivy League school. They say they fire employees quickly if they aren't performing but some employees will just get removed from their roles and placed elsewhere in the company.

Great place to grow your career

Pros

The company is growing exponentially, which always creates plenty of opportunity, but there are some other things more specific to Liveramp that make this a great place to work... - Strong focus on developing people and promoting internally; not just words, its built into the very culture of the company - Also a strong focus on empowering people at any level to make decisions and take risks; the company would rather move things forward quickly as opposed to perfectly, and wants people to take risks - Everyone doesn't always agree, but everyone communicates openly and honestly; no pollitics - People genuinely like each other; tons of social activity inside and outside of work - Strong leadership team, who goes out of their way to connect with people throughout the company - Competitive compensation

Cons

The company moves at a very (very) fast pace; that's good for some people but not for others. Given this, things can sometimes feel a little frenetic / exhausting. Benefits outside of compensation could also be better (they're not bad, just not on par with some other high growth companies)
