      Pros

      Free food on weekends Ok pay Easy interview because turnover rate is incredibly high No other pros about this company.

      Cons

      Non-Commission but treated as if it was. Management plays favorites No respect for employees No hours Micromanagement Unrealistic sales goals They don't allow you to put a two weeks in, they will just make you resign on the spot or they fire you. The so called Gels have no purpose, all the position does is to micromanage employees. Forced to sell the garbage insurance otherwise you are told to quit. Told you can not have water on floor or talk to other employees but managers sit at information desk and drink Starbucks and chat all day.

      -great salespeople -nice to be non-commission -not much else...

      huge turnover! I was hired to be an operations manager, and my first day on the job the person whose spot I was taking told me "it will be a miracle if you last a year here". Its been almost a year, and she was right. Already looking for another job. Store manager is horrible! During my first month we fired 9 people for poor numbers. Every employee's sales are force ranked and the bottom 5% are "red" . Two months of red and you're gone! During my time we've fired a 72 year old guy and and a woman who was 8 months pregnant. Stay far away!
