The ability to enrich peoples lives, via training, and attempt to bridge gaps in learning, and processes.

Cons

The company morale has declined drastically. Employees don't feel appreciated. The atmosphere can be like that of a high school, bring that no-one takes accountability for their actions, with lots of finger pointing.
