Working with smart dedicated people. Occasional whiff of JP4.

Cons

Forced distribution performance management system. They hire the best then tell 20% that are not worthy of a raise. Pension is being taken away and replaced with a diminished package. Large negative $$ impacts on mid-career employees' retirements. Tone deaf bloviating executives driving morale into the depths. Career paths are limited after level 3. You should seek employment elsewhere after level 3.

Challenging work on cutting edge technology. Flexible schedule, if you ever working less than 60 hours per week. Great opportunities for women (but not other minorities).

Cons

No reward for innovation and superior achievement. Opportunity for advancement only for the young. Paid in the lowest 10% of engineers in my field. Work long hours; expected to give well above 40 hours per week. Benefits were average.
