Pros
Great company to work for with many exciting and cutting edge products. There are also many very bright and talented people who work there such as scientists, engineers, as well as non-technical business people. Very good benefits.
Cons
Behind the times when it comes to providing a progressive work environment for its employees. Workplaces are out of date and could benefit with more modern environments to attract and retain employees. Too many people at the top have been there too long and have old school thinking. Limited opportunities if you are not a technical person. Company is only bottom line profit driven.
