Pros
The company culture is wonderful. You can tell they recognize that people are people, so there's a lot of flexibility. There are also a lot of perks (Free lunches every Friday, free soda, frequent happy hours and coffee trucks, etc.) In Engineering specifically, I really like the direction the org is going. I've been here a little less than a year and there's been a lot of changes (so there's a good amount of change fatigue), but the intent behind the changes is good and I think it will really make us better long term. The leadership team across Engineering and Product are working really hard to get aligned and to align the teams, which is no easy task. Once we get through this chaotic phase where we're all learning and adjusting to these changes, we'll be in a great spot as Developers.
Cons
The engineering teams are spread across several locations, which can make "Agility" a little tough, but almost all companies have that set-up these days.
